How do I get the sunspear elementalist skill INTENSITY? it is not offered from any of the trainers... im currently rank 8

Go to Shiloh in the Sunspear Great Hall and ask for Sunspear skills (there may be other trainers you can talk to, but this is the one I always use).

Lots of people confuse these skills for the individual profession skills. The sunspear skills are a button at the top of the list from Shiloh

Funny thing with Sunspear skills are that they're offered by Hero Skill Trainers, so as is said above, many get confused finding it. So just look for any hero skill trainers in NF and click on sunspear skills.
